Location/pref save issues mean users can't set their store, and carts often get emptied or orders canceled. Inventory appears out-of-date, with items showing as out of stock late in checkout. Login and password problems compound these frustrations, making the app largely unusable for routine ordering.

Recent reviews

Unfortunately our hair picking orders up at the Carmel Mountain store has become very inconvenient, it doesn’t matter anymore if they have your cc on file. The manager which everyone is manager there is useless. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I’ve been a SC client for over 20 years and this actitud from the workers there is absurd.

So glitchy it’s basically unusable. Constantly freezing, unable to scroll through products, and other challenges. There’s also an endless error loop when trying to set preferred location that makes it impossible to see if the product is available near you. So frustrating.
