2023-10-23	Tb*****	ArmME seems to get worse by the day. I am on a fibre line ( so you can’t tell me it’s cellular) and it takes up to 10 minutes to update. Just now at least an hour after we tested our alarm a whole lot of alerts came through. It’s clear your servers can’t cope or the number of concurrent sessions can’t cope. Whichever the case it’s getting worse not better. Didn’t think it could.

2023-07-20	Ke*****	I keep getting false alarms saying I lost supervision of a zone that is not even configured. This alarm keeps going off every 5 minutes and restores almost immediately. This is exceptionally frustrating. I had the installers of the system recheck the configuration and there is no errors. The physical alarm system does not have any errors, which means this must be driven by a fault on the app. Super annoying and is causing the entire app to be non-functional because I have to switch off notifications.

2018-09-01	md*****	Since the most recent upgrade (31August) the app crashes when I try to go into the zones sub-menu.I erased and reinstalled the app several times and all software on iPhone 8 is up to date. Older version of app is still working on my iPad.
