why have a ‘foreigners’ section if they’re unable to use it? i was getting blocked by their firewall, and have no idea why this could happen. i was on SKTelecom at the time. the firewall did not block when WIFI was present, but unfortunately it was not near my local bike rental spot. i tried even using a VPN and buying an e-sim but it didn’t work. very sad, i just wanted to ride a bike :( very stressful trying to figure it out by myself at the bike area

So many glitches. I’ve tried it 2 years ago and now. Same results. Does not work.

I could only get so far and it would kick me out. Finally I consistently got a network error and could t get in at all. I used the Kakao T app for e bikes and it was great. I recommend using that.
