Sadly, there is a bug when adding or editing an exercise. The dial spins continuously and won’t stop. You have to shut the app down and reopen it. I reached out about the issue back in August. It is now the end of November. I’ve had maybe 3-4 responses, the last being in September. Claimed my email went to spam. Just now asked about my iOS. This is nuts! My hubby has the male version and his doesn’t have this problem. I like the app other than this issue.

I was looking for an app that reflected: Details on the muscles used for any particular exercise ✅ Pictures ✅ Timer ✅ Apple Watch compatible ✅ Flexibility to create my own workout routines ✅ Reports to export ✅ iCloud backup ✅ Customizable✅ Straight to the point simple to use ✅ I’ve had this app for a few years. Thought it was time to post my review. This app checks all of my requirements and more. I can get on it and complete my workout effectively. Kudos to the developer. Wishing them continued success.

There are few apps I use daily. This app is definitely in my top four used daily apps. It includes a ton of customization potential. I can create my own workout routines and even custom exercises. I have created several workout routines both long and short. (Curated from fitness books and YouTube fitness channels.) Every day I use this app to log my daily go-to short routine with and one different targeted longer routine. And since I’ve used this app for a few years now, I can see my progress. Turning the phone makes graphs visible. The graphs show me both weight and reps. Seeing this incremental, long term growth in the charts is very motivating. This app’s flexibility (along with the small home gym I put together in my garage) is helping me achieve my fitness goals. (Most recently I did my first ever chin up.)
