• Receive notifications of invoices to approve, hold, or return to the requester
• Create, submit and approve expense reports
• View contracts to approve, activate, hold, or return to contract author
• Place and track orders on behalf of your customers or allow them to do so directly
• Interact with co-workers via internal chat conversations on customers’ orders
• Access important metrics, KPIs and dashboards
