3D Amagumo Weather uses the world's most advanced phased-array meteorological radar to display rain clouds in 3D, including lightning. It enables guerrilla heavy rain forecasts up to 10 minutes ahead using live data. The app is free and leverages Japan patent-pending technology.

Radar data covers parts of the Kanto and Kansai areas; other regions use conventional radar data. It provides immediate push notifications when heavy rain is detected and offers forecasts up to 15 hours ahead without registration. The color-coded 3D visuals help assess rain intensity for safer outdoor experiences at festivals, sports, and other events.
