Booked a Bathroom Cleaning service where the cleaner damaged my flush pipe. When attempting to request a revisit, the app UI glitched—the "Confirm Booking" button remained permanently greyed out across every available date and time slot. When I was finally connected to a human agent, the chat instantly disconnected and "parked" the ticket without resolving anything. After endlessly looping me through broken app screens and dropped chats, the automated bot closed my request claiming the service was now "outside the warranty period."
