I have downloaded it 2 different times and after adding everything when I close the app and go back in, the app won’t work at all.

This app sucks. I downloaded it, connected it to my device, but when I log back in, the app stays frozen on the settings screen. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling w/o success. Typical government tech; useless.
