User Reviews

Solitaire Dreams is praised for its stunning visuals, music, addictiveness, and smooth interface with ongoing updates. However, reviewers commonly cite problematic monetization shifts (pay-to-win feel), a city-building requirement that replaces classic solitaire progression, and the removal or reduction of daily challenges. Several players feel progression now depends on purchases rather than skill, giving the game a money-grab perception. Some also report bugs or platform-related frustrations, adding to overall discontent.
Pros
  • Gorgeous graphics
  • Mesmerizing music
  • Addictive, varied gameplay with a user-friendly interface
  • Regular updates and fresh content
Cons
  • City-building mechanic required to progress, replacing traditional solitaire
  • Monetization changes leading to pay-to-win vibes and real-money purchases
  • Removal or shortening/removal of daily challenges and daily games
  • Difficulty ramp that makes progress feel dependent on purchases

I have been playing the same game and can’t win. I probably have played the game close to 100 times today. Why? I think you are trying to get me to purchase something to help me. I cant afford to purchase anything. I had to stop playing a few years because I was spending too much $$. Now i have to stop again cause this is very frustrating. Good bye. I tried playing again May2026. I purchased a few things but cant do that anymore. No money for games. So you wont let me win any games thinking I’ll get frustrated and purchase something. I see no reason why i and others cant still play and win. You people are money hungry with no consideration for the ones who have no money. Goodbye again.

While I still love this version of solitaire after 10 faithful years of daily game play, I regrettably must say goodbye. The nice folks who created this game have become unbelievably greedy. I have reduced play time and faithfully collect the daily reward but I can no longer justify the hundreds I’ve spent over the years. I’m terribly disappointed. Do the developers need to earn $$$ for their effort and hard work, of course. Honestly, the jump in cost went from reasonable to not sustainable.

I loved this game with the puzzles before you changed it. Not near as much fun now.
