Why am I often unable to open it now? It takes a long time to load and I still can't access it.

it’s really easy and fun to use, but the ads keep interfering with everything. I accidentally went out of the app before saving, and for some reason it wouldn’t let me exit the ad. I had to restart the drawing because it didn’t save.
