Users praise Nuten for its high-quality math typesetting and an intuitive, feature-rich interface ideal for calculus and technical math. However, common drawbacks include editing/navigation friction (cursor placement, line breaks), stability issues with multi-line equations, and a major limitation: no cross‑app copy/paste and no system keyboard integration. Recent reviews

This app is awesome to use in place of a scratch pad for doing any sort of math problem. I’m doing calculus and haven’t run into any equation that this app couldn’t write out for me to help solve. The only complaint I have - and it’s a big complaint - is that it is not at all easy to go in the middle of your equation to make edits. You tap to get the cursor somewhere and it goes nearby but not to it, for example, tapping on the denominator of a fraction usually puts the cursor on the numerator and there’s no way to edit the denominator without retyping the whole thing usually, and if you are editing a fraction or an exponent, the keyboard doesn’t give you the option to jump to a different line like it does when you’re first typing things out. If this was fixed, this would be the best app in the world for doing algebraic manipulation.
