Cons

Misidentifications and inconsistent tagging—photos of other children are wrongly labeled as yours, and some of your child’s photos may be missed.
Intrusive prompts to rate the app or enable notifications, even after declining.
Cross-device/account issues and desktop syncing problems, including paid accounts not recognized and setup loops.
Many notifications aren’t actually about your child, reducing perceived value and cluttering the feed.
Bugs around deletion or removal of mis-tagged photos and occasional incorrect edits.

I paid $30 for the facial recognition and alerts for my daughter who is away at camp. The app only found 2/5 images. I found the others by searching Manually, essentially rendering the upgrade void. No customer service contact info for help. DO NOT UPGRADE
