Users like the ability to buy tickets and view showtimes, but multiple reviews repeatedly report missing/local theater listings, a poor user interface and seat selection, and stability/functionality gaps (printing, past purchases). The combination of missing theaters and subpar UX undermines the app despite its core ticketing capability.

Theaters list is incomplete or missing local theaters; updates remove or fail to show your theater
Very poor UI/UX (horrible GUI, first-app feel) and difficult seat selection (tiny icons, no zoom, landscape mode unhelpful)
App instability and loading problems (white screen on startup, crashes, unusable at times)
Functionality gaps: printing tickets doesn’t work and past purchases/saved contact details cannot be accessed

Great app!

It did allow me to purchase tickets, but this app needs a lot of work: - You cannot pay with ApplePay. - The GUI is horrible. - You cannot see previous purchases in the app. - Printing from the app doesn’t work (thank goodness I received an email). - Data entry is non standard (cannot puck saved contact details).
