Users like the location listing and basic waitlist concept, but recurring issues undermine its value: unreliable waitlist sign-up, removal or lack of notifications; dependency on store Wi‑Fi; incomplete/incorrect location data; missing check-in features; and inconsistent UI behavior across stores.

Pros

Shows Crossroads store locations and nearby options.
Provides a queue/waitlist management feature for selling items.
When it works, the app is fast and responsive.
Displays waitlist counts so you can gauge wait times.

Waitlist/joining is unreliable or inconsistent across locations—users are unable to join, get dropped, or aren’t notified.
App often relies on Wi‑Fi to function; with no store Wi‑Fi, it becomes unusable.
Location data is incomplete or inaccurate (no map view, wrong addresses, or failing to populate stores).
Check-in feature is missing or not available at most stores, reducing usefulness.
Features and buttons appear inconsistently; some options vanish or show misleading status (e.g., 'closed').

Upon first launch, the app did not populate with all locations nearby. After closing the app and relaunching it, I could see all locations. The wait-list function worked as expected.

The UI on this app is absolutely awful. When you look at locations list only uses the street name and combines multiple states. So there is no “map view” option and you have to click each location to see the full address or even state. Then there’s an arrow “share” button on each location icon… why? When you do send something using it, it sends a pixelated “crossroads” logo thumbnail and the store hours. This app was designed by a student or someone who knows nothing about app design and important features. Company could probably make way more money if they invested in a quality app.
