Recent reviews
On day two of my first challenge. I love how simple the app is, yet it would be nice to be able to mark if a certain exercise is too hard or if we are physically unable to complete an exercise. Push ups are not easy for me. I can’t do even one yet. But overall I love the level options and the explanation of the exercises.

I appreciate that by starting at beginner level, there’s a built-in safety piece to make sure we perform each motion slowly and correctly before advancing to more reps and difficulty. Thank you!!

I downloaded this app years ago and honestly it helped a lot! It definitely worked. One thing that I do have to say is, is that I think it increases the intensity of the workout too fast. I think about this with all their apps. Other than that, I really like it!
