Wellness Challenges encourage participants to hit target wellness goals, engage in some friendly competition, and meet new people, all while having some fun! It additionally provides Challenge Sponsors with prominent brand visibility and deep engagement with their target audiences including the ability to drive specific brand objectives.

Participants may be provided with custom-branded Bluetooth connected Activity Trackers that track the number of steps they take during the Challenge. The app also supports step data from Fitbit, Garmin, and, via our integration with the Apple Health App, step data from Apple Watch, Withings, and the step tracker integrated into your iPhone.

I wanted to like this app, but the lack of proper Oura Ring support made it essentially unusable for me. I use my Oura Ring as my primary fitness tracker, not my Apple devices, yet the app seems heavily geared toward Apple Health. Despite multiple attempts, I could never get my Oura Ring data to connect or sync reliably. That meant my activity and step counts were incomplete or inaccurate throughout my walking challenge. If you rely on an Oura Ring as your main wearable, I'd be very cautious. Until Oura integration works reliably and syncing is significantly improved, I can't recommend this app.
