You should never have to pay to be able to communicate with others.

CoughDrop is great on my laptop, but on my phone it keeps crashing and reloads every few seconds. It takes 5 minutes to say a six word sentence (not exaggeration; I watched a clock). I’ve tried all the troubleshooting methods listed (turning off Bluetooth, cleaning the cache, etc.). Nothing works. The only two things left that I can think of are 1) getting a tablet (I’m wondering if there’s just too much on the phone and it’s getting overloaded?) or 2) pay for premium and hope that fixes it (it never acted up like this during the free trial and I’ve just been putting up with the reduced functions of not-premium usage, which has gradually led into the constant reloading problem). I love the way it can be personalized and edited to fit my needs, but it’s completely unusable on my phone.
