I really like this system, I have private conversations with my manager, it’s a great way to say something I might not do in person, my manager responds and gives feedback on my ideas, it holds me accountable for things I say I will do with monthly check ins, it’s keeps track of my effort to do my monthly thoughts, you can leave a thought or idea at any time, it’s a great system and I think it’s helps me and makes me a better employee for my manager.

Having had both an Android and an IPhone was not easy to use on either device. I thought it would be better on the the iPhone but had to completely restart my phone otherwise it would only load to a generic ad page Would not recommend
