Zmodo used to be decent but the app experience is honestly terrible now. Having ads pop up before you can even access your live camera feed defeats the whole purpose of a security camera system. If I’m checking my cameras at 2 AM because I heard something outside, the last thing I need is a 15 second ad with three different skip buttons hiding in random corners like a mobile game trap dungeon. Security apps should prioritize speed and reliability, not ad revenue. A camera system is supposed to give peace of mind, not make you sit through commercials before seeing what’s happening at your own house.

Been a loyal client for about 3 years now, app might not be the best but it would fulfill it’s purpose, but when the ADS came into the picture it really got annoying, and frustrating! By the time the commercial is done what I need to see if also gone like make it make sense, definitely canceling the service.
