The app is great—when it works. Unfortunately, for months now it's been frequently stopping itself for no reason. I thought it'd be fixed by now, but apparently that's not a priority to the app devs. The constant stopping every 1-5 songs is really tiring. Might as well use spotify so you can actually have music playing without babysitting your phone

The *working* App is good. But it keeps crashing after a few songs. I keep having to reopen the app. That's on latest ios/latest app (typically through Airplay). I reached out to support, got told to use the web version... As a paying subscriber who has gone for multiple subscriber, who goes above to try to HELP them, I really would appreciate their acknowledging existing issues instead of pretending they don't exist...
