The app was easy to use and offered solid injection-tracking features, but Humira was removed with no warning, causing irreversible data loss and inability to access past records, severely disrupting users who relied on tracking their Humira injections.

Pros

Very easy to navigate / easy to use.
Provided robust injection-tracking features (sites, lot numbers, dosage reminders) when Humira was supported.
Generally helpful for managing medications and schedules before the removal.

Cons

Humira support was removed from the app with no warning.
Massive data loss: all Humira history and reminders were wiped and cannot be recovered.
Inability to export or download existing data / history after the update.
Loss of essential tracking capabilities (e.g., logging past injections) and no clear replacement.
Poor communication about changes and no advance notice.

Recent reviews

I have been using the SkyRizi Complete app for multiple years to track my symptoms. And I recently noticed that EVERY SINGLE one of my symptom logs has disappeared! I still see all the past treatment logs, just not the symptom logs. I contacted support only to learn that symptom data is never saved past your current device (despite treatment data being saved to the cloud, showing they clearly have the capacity to do this). Pretty bad design considering people get new phones after a few years, and this information is hidden multiple pages deep into the account tab. I did get a new phone recently, and now years of critical health data is gone forever!

It’s slow to login (which customer support justified to me because it was designed that way), and you can’t log different kinds of symptoms. Better to avoid this app & the headaches, and use a symptom tracker better suited to log medications and symptoms. Note to add I did email customer support and they told me that the app was designed to perform that way. Unhelpful.
