I’m grateful for this app so I can report things that are not urgent but is a way to communicate my thoughts to the city.

I have submitted a handful of requests, mostly for street lights that were out or not working and they always get it fixed within a week or two. Great for submitting any issues you see, potholes, graffiti, excessive trash, missing sign, issues at parks, trails, roads and sidewalks. Thank you to all the city employees who respond, update and handle all the requests!!
