Recent reviews

I just switched to Tello and this all is “fine” but nothing to write home about. However I have two things I want to write about today. 1) When this app is in a folder, iOS shows the light icon. But when the folder is opened, it shows the dark. Obviously this isn’t anything to knock a star over, but it’s weird and the only app I have that does this on iOS 26.x. 2) I first ported my secondary line to test out the service. Once I was happy I ported my primary number. However in the app I can only see details about the first line I ported - which again is just secondary which I barely use. I can’t figure out how, if even possible, to see my other line. That makes this app unfortunately unusable for me, and hence the 2-star rating. Fix this and it’ll be a 4-star just fine app. Thx!

Good user interface with an app that is easy to manage, but the mobile service ultimately falls short where it matters most. Relying on T-Mobile’s network (like competitors like Mint, Ultra Mobile), coverage drops off sharply in remote areas and suffers from frustrating dead zones even within major city cores. While the customer platform itself is great, the unreliable signal and spotty connectivity make it tough to recommend for anyone needing consistent nationwide service.
