They arbitrarily shut down my debit card at the exact time my husband is paying at H‑E‑B for a cart full of groceries. They’ve done this more than once. They are constantly denying my legitimate Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle payments. Their customer service is closed on Saturdays. To name a few things….
