User Reviews

The most frequently praised points are the structured lessons, helpful practice feedback, and improvements in piano skills and sight-reading. Recurring frustrations include technical reliability and support, exercises that become difficult too quickly, and problems with note or timing recognition depending on the input device. Overall, many find it a useful learning tool, but experiences vary with setup and pacing.

Pros

Helps learners improve piano skills, especially sight-reading, with regular practice.
Offers a structured, step-by-step curriculum and clear practice methods.
Interactive feedback and progress tracking can make practice more effective and motivating.

Cons

Some users report technical problems, including crashes, MIDI/audio issues, login or purchase errors, and slow or absent support.
The difficulty progression can feel too fast or abrupt, and some exercises seem to prioritize speed over accuracy.
Note recognition and timing can be frustrating without a MIDI-compatible keyboard, and some on-screen input issues are reported.

Recent reviews

They haven’t been able to keep up with the apple ecosphere changes, and their app is no longer fully functional. I’ve received no response from tech support emails I’ve sent, as their app no longer can play any sounds with MIDI, which I’ve confirmed on multiple devices.

As the exercises progress to more advanced levels, the emphasis is more on speed than accuracy. The arpeggio exercises are a good example. It can be discouraging.
