2026-06-11	St*****	This was fine years ago. All I did was reactivate my account and they shopped a box at a much higher price. I reached out because the app was not providing confirmation of the cancellation and again I get another box. I also indicated in my message that I was born tending to order products. I canceled again just now and want to send these products back. I am older and these don’t work for me. Again, fine years ago but I use very specific products you cannot get through Ipsy. Beware before you reactivate a dormant account.

2026-05-24	Th*****	Listen, I have no problem with the products. However the app itself is incredibly bugged and makes it down right impossible for me to cancel the subscription. Even without the bugs, they make it super confusing. I thought the problem would be fixed with time and I tried the “skip a month” feature instead, it still charged me. This app sucks and I do not recommend using this service because of it. It’s just a giant ad.

2026-05-22	js*****	Overall I’ve been a member for years, I love cosmetics/skincare! Only suggestion I would make at this time is for the option in shopping cart to “save item for later”. I would love to see more diversity in the options, sometimes offerings can be similar to one another or similar to items received in recent months. Only other issue I have encountered is an item or two missing from my box, however, customer service was great in sending me the missing item or closest match available to supplement the problem.

2026-05-19	Ev*****	I was excited to order my first Ipsy box until I saw what was inside. Out of 5 products, 4 were from categories I specifically marked as “rarely” — which basically means I don’t want them. A random makeup brush, eyeshadow, lip gloss, and body wash… seriously? It honestly feels like they’re just trying to get rid of cheap products nobody buys. Total waste of money. I genuinely wish I had gone to TJ Maxx or Ross instead — at least there I could’ve chosen products I’d actually use, rather than trash.

2026-05-04	La*****	This company is a scam! They will charge you for subscription you do not. It is impossible to talk to customer service. You can only get an AI chat bot, and a promise that someone will email you within 24hrs. They won’t. It’s a lie! I had to go through my bank to get a refund!

2026-05-01	Ki*****	Don’t get me wrong. It’s a great makeup out and it always sends me wonderful stuff. But not when I get charged for three different subscriptions that I didn’t even know about. And they’re all different prices. And they never give you an option to cancel, I wouldn’t recommend if you’re tired on money cause they’re just gonna try to take it from you
