Hi, Please update the app. My watch used to connect with app without any issue and after an 18 months of hiatus, I am trying to reconnect the watch but the Bluetooth connection never shows the watch. I tried rebooting my phone a few times but no luck. I tried with two different iPhones and still no luck.

I purchased my EXOSPACE several months ago. Initialization was a little awkward but I got the watch working and connected to the phone app. Then I received a notice that the watch had an update available. So I followed the instructions and allowed the update to load. Now the watch will NOT connect to the phone App. No Bluetooth device can detect the watch. I’ve done everything that is suggested for the malfunction including resetting the watch (numerous times), turning CONNECT on and off, deleting the phone app and pulling another one from the App Store. I have no clue what to do at this point. The reason I bought the watch was for the connectivity functionality. Breitling.com won’t respond to me. I guess I have wasted $7000.
