User Reviews

Users frequently praise the app as a fast, offline C/C++ compiler that runs locally on the device, offering a beginner-friendly, easy-to-learn experience ideal for practicing and experimenting with small programs and algorithms. It’s valued as a portable learning tool for STEM students and is appreciated for quick feedback without needing a laptop. Common drawbacks include uncertainty about which C++ standard is supported and missing modern features, a perceived need to pay for fuller capabilities, and UI issues such as small fonts and clutter. Overall, strong for learning with pricing considerations.
Pros
  • Offline, on-device compilation with minimal delay
  • Easy to use and beginner-friendly for learning C/C++
  • Great for practicing and learning C/C++ (introductory, foundational concepts)
  • Useful as a portable learning tool for STEM students to experiment with code
  • Ideal for testing small algorithms and ideas without a laptop
Cons
  • Unclear which C++ standard is supported and missing modern features (e.g., lambdas, coroutines)
  • Requires paid membership to access fuller information/capabilities
  • UI issues such as small font sizes on small devices and some clutter/occasional confusing UX

I was able to write C and some C++ code on the go it just works well, despite it is an offline compiler. One thing I would like to know is that what version of C++ it compiles and the app would be great if it could support newer C++ features, like Lamdas, coroutines, etc. I highly recommend the app.

You can run a large program without problem, as you have a visual studio compiler
