Recent reviews

I launched the service through Apple Maps and ordered a meal. I assumed I already downloaded the app since the transaction went through. Transaction completed and my credit card was charged. I was surprised though that I wasn’t provided a confirmation number nor given a email or text. And the final scream asked me to download the app. I went to the restaurant and they told me that they didn’t receive the order. I’m stuck with a charge that I cannot contest with this company since I have no proof of the order. The only proof I have was a charge.

This app appears to be a scam. The restaurant I went to pick my order up from after paying had never heard of this platform. Allset runs terrible customer service if they are a verified provider, (waiting over 12 days for a response from customer service after 5+ follow ups via both email and the app)

I ordered through the app and was excited but when I got to the restaurant they said they never heard of the app. they hadn’t received an order from them either. I had to reorder again while at the restaurant. Beware before order and make sure to set up an account first. I will definitely be disputing this charge with my bank.
