I like having cameras but they take way too long to answer the front door. Visitors are not going to wait 2-3 minutes for me to answer them from my phone. Also, it records who is at the door first, then I have to wait for that process to finish to before I’m able to see who is at my front door and answer them. By then, they are gone.

Logs you out of your account and acts like you don't have an account. Cuts off your access to the camera you paid for. When you try to reset your password, it takes you to the website, then doesn't let you change your password there either, says go to the app, when that's literally where you were.

Great cameras and a good detection system, but the fees just to see or look at footage is ridiculous. Be better and not so EFIN GREADY! The setup its self already has its costs, like damn.
