Maslo (ex Roadoo)

Maslo is a Chrome extension designed to drive sales performance through gamification, engagement, and loyalty. It lets salespeople track bonuses in real time, join stimulating challenges, and earn rewards, while celebrating collective wins. Maslo supports three perspectives: for Sales Operations and Managers, it gamifies objectives and animates the community; for salespeople, it helps track progress, plan trajectories, and stay aligned from anywhere; for HR and Finance, it provides a simple way to track and distribute bonuses and gifts.

Our approach borrows from Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs to help sellers reach their zone of accomplishment. Key pillars include: 1) Gamification of objectives to empower performance; 2) Creating memorable moments through challenges, motivating events, and trainings; and 3) Varying rewards—variable bonuses, gift points, team activities, and badges. Since launching in 2016 as Roadoo, Maslo now serves around 30,000 daily active users, with more than 7,000 digitized challenges, 50 ready-to-use templates, and over 100,000 items and e-cards delivered across 29 countries, available in 6 languages.
