They blocked the card with my money because my friend topped it up with his Thai card. After that, they ask for their friend’s passport details and a photo of his passport! They stopped responding to my messages in the chat! More than one service has no right to demand information about third parties and their passport data without their consent! It’s not written anywhere in the contract!
