The one in Altoona Iowa will steal your money!!! I’m on a fixed income and every month the first thing I do when I get my disability is pay my car payment and for the month of May I get the CASH to pay my car loan and go to the branch in Altoona I go thru the drive thru and pay my payment. The I start getting texts that I still need to pay my car payment so I go to the bank to see what’s up with the messages and find out that they say I only paid $ 97 dollars when in fact I know that I paid the monthly charge in full!! So the teller says that the manager needs to check the cameras and will get back with me which they never did this. I go there yet again first thing on Monday morning and they say that yes I only paid the $97 dollars which is a bold faced lie I paid the total I’m supposed to pay and they said NO that I only paid $97. I know what I paid and I paid what I should have. I at a loss on what to do because I have NO proof of the cash and I know what I paid because I write it on my payment coupon which conveniently the teller didn’t give me back like they have done for the past 6months o and so I’m the looser in this situation and it’s just not right they stole $300dollars from me and it looks like they are going to get away with it too. So BWAREOfThis branch if you don’t want to be ripped off by this scam of a bank!!!!
