would give zero stars if I could. Absolute inconvenience, obsessed with not being able to do laundry because my washer’s Bluetooth won’t connect. Some things just don’t need technology to work better (cause it won’t work at all!) Terrible.

I’m not sure if our apartment complex lucked out, but the app works great for us here in this small complex. It tells me when it’s ready, whatever $$ is left over - it’s there, and it’s connected every time. Based on the reviews, I was super worried. However, many ppl in the complex use our small laundromat here. Price is great, mamas happy.

Tried to use a drier with $1 in my account. (Which is how much you need for the drier.) It took the money, then claimed i didn’t have enough on my account. This isn’t the first time.
