FILTIST is a video camera app with 31 unique built-in filters.

Features:

Various filters that make video shooting more enjoyable. HDR, Beauty, Kaleidoscope, 8mm, Pop-Art, etc.
Most filters can be adjusted by strength, color, and other parameters.
Easy to use. Simply select a filter and start shooting video.
Supports Vine-like recording mode (touch to record, release to stop).
Supports the simple picture shooting mode.
5 format settings: Square(480/720), SD, HD, and Full HD.
Videos taken in the app are saved directly to your Camera Roll.

Depending on the RAM size, you may not be able to record in the Full HD.
Some filters may be locked, but can be unlocked for a limited time by viewing video advertisements.
Locked filters can be unlocked permanently through an in-app purchase.
A picture will be taken at same size as the movie.

The only problem is that it can’t access pictures from your photo library so I use this for taking photos. My original plan was for my YouTube channel but I don’t really ever do vlogs so....
