However, they repeatedly report login persistence problems, progress/bookmarking issues, stability glitches, missing in-app features (landscape/PiP/video resizing) and rough iPad compatibility, plus navigation friction. These recurring drawbacks diminish usability despite quality content.

Horrible ability to save information. Constant have to re-input my information; state of practice, discipline, etc. it doesn’t save anything. Doesn’t save the courses you’re in the middle of taking when the app decides to stop working. It’s just bad
