Poor functionality. And similar to reviews below, the app no longer works correctly to reprogram a thermostat. So it’s stuck in manual mode.

Installed mothers house in September 2021 she lives 4hr away could see temps and run times and know she was ok summers and winters Now I get failed to preform your request please try again ok Went to her home stat connected to her internet along with my phone on router setup Did reset of phone router and stat and software Failed to preform your request try again
