Triinmed

The TriInMed application to improve treatment compliance for leprosy sufferers is an application prepared and developed through literature studies, field studies and expert discussions. This application is based on the IMB (The Information Motivation Behavioral Skill) Model of Adherence. The Triinmed application is an Android system-based application designed for health workers, families and patients as a medium for education, automatic reminders for taking MDT medication, reminders for program drug taking schedules, treatment schedules and control results as well as media for direct consultation with leprosy experts. This application has automatic reminders in the form of notifications for the time to take medication for leprosy sufferers which immediately appear on each Android for both sufferers and their families and health workers. This application also has automatic reminders in the form of notifications for program drug collection schedules at the Health Service, which will appear on health workers' Androids.
