Sgap - Wali Sigap Sndirian

Sgap helps you stay prepared when someone you care for needs your attention.

Sgap is a companion app for Sndirian users' trusted guardians. Once linked, you can view the check-in status of the person you're caring for, receive alerts when needed, and respond from one place.

When everything is running smoothly, Sgap helps you stay connected without having to constantly check in. If a user misses a check-in or requests assistance, Sgap notifies you so you can check in on them.

Key features:

• Check-in status in one dashboard
See the status and last update time of the Sndirian user you're connected to.

• Alerts and Sgap Alarms
Receive notifications when a check-in is missed or a user requests assistance. On supported plans and with the appropriate device permissions, Sgap Alarm can display a full-screen alarm and use alarm sounds, even when the phone is on silent or Do Not Disturb mode.

• Relevant information when needed
When an incident occurs, Sgap displays a shared safety timeline, such as location, battery life, and the response status of other guardians.

• Encrypted data
Sensitive information in the emergency timeline is protected with end-to-end encryption and can only be accessed by properly linked guardians.

• Clearer responses
Mark that you've seen an alert or are ready to help, so other guardians can see the progress of the response.

• Connect multiple loved ones
Manage Sndirian users who have selected you as a guardian in one app.

How to get started:

1. Have a Sndirian user add your phone number as a guardian.
2. Install Sgap and verify with the same phone number.
3. Enter the 8-character guardian code from the Sndirian user.
4. Once connected, the user will appear on the Sgap dashboard.
