Sobat

Sobat APK is an integrated communication application solution specifically designed to create a secure, structured, and efficient digital ecosystem within educational institutions. Developed as part of the SkillSpot platform, this application bridges communication between schools, teachers, students, and parents in one place, combining the ease of use of popular instant messaging apps with the professional-level controls typical of institutional needs.

In today's digital age, school communications are often scattered across various private platforms that are poorly monitored and vulnerable to privacy breaches. Sobat APK addresses this challenge by providing an official, centralized, documented platform under the full control of schools.

### Key Features & Benefits

* Centralized Official Communication
Sobat APK eliminates the confusion of using private communication groups. All interactions related to teaching and learning activities, school announcements, and administrative coordination are centralized in one official, professional application.

* One-Way Announcement Channel (Broadcast)
Enables school management or teachers to convey important information, exam schedules, or urgent announcements directly to all parents or students without the risk of messages being buried by other chats.
* Automatic Class Groups
The system intelligently synchronizes academic data to automatically create and manage class groups based on the academic year, major, or study group registered in the SkillSpot system, reducing teacher administrative time.
* WhatsApp Gateway Integration
To ensure important information is always delivered, this app is connected to an automatic notification system that can send attendance recaps and student grade reports directly to parents' WhatsApp numbers.
* Integrated Multimedia & Calling Features
Supports the sending of various learning file formats (documents, photos, videos) and high-quality voice and video calling features for study consultations, counseling, or virtual school committee meetings.
* High-Level Security & Privacy Controls
