DigiSign SIDESI

DigiSign SIDESI is an electronic signature (ETS) application for village officials integrated with SIDESI (Integrated Village Information System).

Key Features:
• Digitally sign village letters
• Monitor the queue of letters awaiting signature
• Track the history of signed letters
• Notification of incoming letters that need to be signed
• Download and share PDF documents of letters
• Timeline of the letter's journey from creation to completion

Security:
• Authentication with National Identity Number (NIK) and password
• E-signature verification using a passphrase
• Encrypted data and communication via HTTPS
• Integrated with BSrE (National Cyber ​​and Crypto Agency)

This application can only be used by village officials who have an active E-signature (ETS) account on BSrE.
