Saya top up ewallet sudah sejak 11 April 2023 sampai saat ini (26 juni 2023), status transaksi nya PENDING. 2x transaksi. Dan saldo pun tidak kembali. Sudah mencoba hubungi Customer Care via Telegram, DM IG, Twitter, FB. masih tidak ada tanggapan. TOLONG UNTUK PIHAK VISION AGEN AGAR SEGERA MENEMUKAN SOLUSI. MINUMAL SALDO KEMBALI.
