SIMANTAB (Integrated & Accountable Madrasah Information System) is the official digital platform of MA Nahdlatuth Thalabah (YASINAT) Kesilir, Wuluhan, Jember. This application integrates all madrasah and Islamic boarding school services into one integrated ecosystem that is transparent, accountable, and easily accessible to the entire academic community.

Through an adaptive multi-portal architecture, SIMANTAB presents an interface that automatically adjusts based on user role:

1. PARENT PORTAL
• Multi-Child Student Monitoring: Monitor the progress of multiple children in one application without switching accounts.
• Real-Time Attendance: Notifications and history of daily attendance, teaching and learning activities, and joint madrasah activities.
• Financial Transparency: Check details of tuition obligations, payment history, and official digital receipts with QR codes.
• Student Control Card: Monitor student memorization progress, worship habits, and disciplinary development.
• Student Permits: Officially request and monitor permission to leave the madrasah or boarding school.

2. STUDENT & STUDENT PORTAL
• 3D Digital Student ID Card (KTS): Modern student ID card with integrated QR code/barcode identification and official printing options.
• Integrated Lesson Schedule: Access the weekly teaching and learning schedule and the madrasah academic calendar.
• Portfolio & Attendance Recap: Monitor independent attendance and extracurricular activities.
• Learning Outcome Record: Access assignment evaluations and teaching materials directly from your phone.

3. TEACHER, CLASSROOM & GTK PORTAL
• Scanner-Based Fast Attendance: Input class attendance, instant camera KTS scanner, and one-tap Alfa remaining features.
• KBM Management & Teaching Journal: Recording of material agendas, daily assessments, and study group assignments.
• Integrated Homeroom Teacher Guidance: Monitoring of students under their supervision, recording student guidance, and integrating guidance and counseling referrals.
• Employee & Teacher Portal: Check-in/out attendance, requests for work permits/leave/SPPD, and confirmation of student assistance.

4. BOARDING SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR & GUARDIAN PORTAL
• Resident Student Directory: Management of student data based on their assigned dormitory and class.
• 7-Day Dormitory Attendance Summary: Monitoring student discipline in religious activities and dormitory activities.
• Dormitory Financial Summary: Transparency in summarizing tuition payments and savings for resident students.
