PsyCare

PsyCare is a student health and self-development companion app that helps students understand their condition, conduct daily reflections, and access support more easily.

Through the Daily Check-in, students can briefly reflect on their mood, energy, stress, social conditions, and readiness for activities. The reflections help students identify their development over time.

PsyCare also provides AI-based mentoring to help students reflect and obtain supportive baseline information. When students need further support, PsyCare provides access to a guidance counselor.

PsyCare is designed as a companion and not a substitute for professional diagnosis or services.
