SIMPEG PPIB

SIMPEG PPIB is the official Personnel Management Information System application for the Imam Bukhari Islamic Boarding School in Surakarta. This application makes it easy for boarding school employees to manage attendance and view personal employee data conveniently directly from their mobile phones.

KEY FEATURES

• Secure Login
Log in using your NIP (National Identity Number) or mobile phone number. Your login session is securely stored, so you don't have to log in repeatedly every time you open the app.

• QR Code Attendance
Check in and out by simply scanning the QR code in each section. The time and location of your attendance are automatically validated by the system to ensure accurate recording.

• Confirmation Before Checking In
A confirmation dialog box appears that says "You are about to check in/out" to avoid incorrect attendance. This feature can be enabled or disabled according to your needs.

• Employee Profile
View complete personal data: name, NIP, department, position, employment status, and length of service.

• Daily Attendance Status
Monitor your current clock-in and clock-out times in real time.

• Announcements
Important information and announcements from the Islamic boarding school are displayed on the main page.

• Automatic Updates
The app notifies you when a new version is available, so you always have the most up-to-date features.

Other features such as leave requests, pay slips, employee files, and health services will be available in future updates, God willing.
