dari basic mau ditingkatkan ke premium sudah hampir 1 bulan tidak ada kelanjutan proses padahal janjinya 1x24jam. sudah terlanjur isi saldo hanya bisa digunakan utk beli token listrik atau pulsa yang harganya lebih mahal. padahal tertarik menggunakan qris diluar negeri tapi layanan nya payah.
