Free Campus or abbreviated as KG, adopted new rules for independent learning, such as Internships, Certified Independent Study (MSIB) and Recognition of Past Learning (RPL). In accordance with Ministerial Regulation of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 26 of 2016, RPL is recognition of a person's learning achievements obtained from formal, non-formal, informal education, and/or work experience, as a basis for continuing formal education, and to carry out academic equivalency of work experience or certified training, in order to obtain a diploma qualification higher education.

Free Campus collaborates with university partners, where all learning at KG, in the form of: (1) Lectures, (2) Training, (3) Internships, and (4) Part-time work can be converted into credits, as savings and acceleration for obtain a Higher Education Diploma equivalent to S1 and S2.

Team KG is fully supported by M-Knows Consulting, a national management consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the field of management solutions and business education. M-Knows is consistent in the fields of Training, LMS & LXP, Artificial Intelligence Solutions, Game Development and Virtual Reality.

The MSIB program has been followed by the KG team since its initial launch until now. KG has managed student learning from more than 250 study programs, from hundreds of universities in Indonesia.
