Really bad customer service, they never replied my email for explanation of late payment overdue lending (update) it's been 10 days of overdue lending, and since day one customer service never replay my email, what nasty bussines, at least replay my email even at this corona situation, you're representative of lender Update : customer service call center, email and other is very bad even top up fund is not registered even though the bank already issue outgoing fund

Don't use this app,,, i think the company has an issue under supervision of OJK. I have been trying to withdraw my leftover cash, but the status is always pending. Do not try to download or sign up for this fintech until they solve their problems. If anyone ask about their customer service. Hahaha, don't bother, even my email cannot reach them. It is like they try to avoid questions.
