Monitored is a monitoring application for tracking all guests registered through the receptionist—both regular and suspected guests. Receive real-time notifications when the receptionist completes registration: a brief guest ID and purpose of arrival are displayed directly on your phone.
View real-time daily recaps and summaries of daily, monthly, and yearly trends—including the percentage of regular versus suspected guests—to aid operational decision-making. If a guest requests an audience, you'll receive an immediate notification so you can prepare a welcome, coordinate security, or take other actions according to standard operating procedures.
