"The Tariq application has several features that help Hajj/Umrah pilgrims:
- HD Voice call, this feature makes communication or guidance process easier between Hajj/Umrah pilgrims and their Mutowif (Tariq Digitizes the use of tools such as FM-Transmitters or TOA loudspeakers).
- Digital schedule (itinerary) for Hajj/Umrah which can be customized for each KBIH/Travel Tour and each departure, and can provide reminders to the congregation regarding the schedule.
- Digital Hajj/Umrah Manasik which can be customized for every KBIH/Travel Tour and every departure.
- Panic Button, a feature that allows Mutowif/Hajj officers to help immediately if there are Hajj/Umrah pilgrims experiencing difficulties such as illness, getting lost, etc., and Mutowif/Hajj officers can immediately go to pilgrims who are having difficulties and help them.
- Prayer Alarm, This feature displays the prayer schedule where we are, and provides a reminder when the prayer time has arrived according to the location where the congregation is.
- Qibla Direction, This feature provides assistance with Qibla direction according to where the congregation is precisely.
We hope that the existing features in Tariq can help Hajj/Umrah pilgrims in carrying out the Hajj/Umrah pilgrimage in the holy land.
